What we play
Trio Paradis offer a creative and innovative approach to chamber music.
Their 2010-11 series begins with Daughters of the Muse, an exciting programme of music by women composers. From better known works by Clara Schumann and Nadia & Lili Boulanger to relatively undiscovered masterpieces by Rebecca Clarke and Amy Beach, they promise an intriguing musical journey.
A second programme entitled At home with the Mendelssohns explores, through words and music, the spirit of the Sunday morning musical gatherings at the Mendelssohn Haus in 19th century Leipzig.
